Welcome to AchieveMentoring.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, the Membership, the coaching calls, and any other products or services we offer. By using the Site or signing up for an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
AchieveMentoring.com is operated by Rick Condie. Contact: rick@condie.org.
What we provide
- The Membership ($49/month): access to the AI assistant, the searchable Q&A library, your own Tracker board, and weekly content.
- Coaching Calls ($97 / 30 minutes): a la carte one-on-one calls with Rick, scheduled after payment via a private booking link.
- Free public content: blog posts, free articles in the Content Library, and the public pages of the Site.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or any of its content for anything illegal or harmful.
- Share your Membership login with others. The Membership is for individual use.
- Scrape, mass-download, or republish the Q&A library, AI conversations, or paid content without written permission.
- Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the Site’s security or its underlying systems.
Payment, billing, and refunds
Membership is billed monthly through Stripe using the payment method on file. Coaching calls are one-time charges at the time of booking. Refund terms are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy.
What the Membership and calls are, and what they are not
We help you build personal AI productivity systems. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice. If you need that kind of help, please work with a qualified professional in that field.
The AI assistant inside the Membership is a tool. It can be wrong. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, especially on important decisions. Use it the way you would use a smart but imperfect collaborator.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site (articles, guides, the curriculum, the AI playbook, Rick’s coaching material) is owned by AchieveMentoring.com or its licensors. You can use what you learn freely in your own life and work. You cannot republish, resell, or pass off the content as your own.
Your Tracker board data and anything you create inside your own account belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Disclaimers
The Site and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the Membership or coaching calls.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AchieveMentoring.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can cancel your Membership at any time from your account dashboard. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or threats to other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top and, where the change is significant, by emailing active Members.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith conversation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
