This Privacy Policy explains how AchieveMentoring.com (the “Site,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Site, sign up for an account, subscribe to the Membership, or book a coaching call.
Who we are
Our website address is https://achievementoring.com. AchieveMentoring.com is operated by Rick Condie. Contact: rick@condie.org.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed) when you register or subscribe.
- Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe / WooCommerce). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, questions you ask the AI assistant, and your Tracker board content. This is needed to deliver the service.
- Cookies: standard session cookies for login state, plus Google Analytics for aggregate traffic stats.
- Communications: messages you send via the contact form, email, or AI chat.
How we use it
- To deliver the Membership and any coaching calls you book.
- To improve the AI assistant’s answers. Questions you ask may be reviewed and, with sensitive details removed or generalized, added to the public Q&A library to help other members.
- To process payments and provide receipts.
- To send service-related email (account notices, billing).
- To send optional newsletters (only if you opt in; unsubscribe anytime).
Your data is yours
You can export your Tracker data anytime from your account dashboard. If you cancel your Membership, your data is exported to your email and retained on our servers for 30 days, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the providers that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI model used by the assistant), WordPress hosting (Bluehost), and Google Analytics. Each is bound by their own privacy terms. We do not share Tracker contents or your AI chat history with anyone outside the service.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rick@condie.org. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
