Refund and Returns Policy

Membership ($49/month)

You can cancel the Membership anytime from your account dashboard in one click. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds: If you signed up within the last 7 days and decide it is not for you, email rick@condie.org for a full refund of the most recent charge. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable; cancellation simply stops future billing.

Your data on cancellation: we export your Tracker board to your email automatically and retain a copy on our servers for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your data is deleted.

Coaching Calls ($97 / 30 minutes)

Coaching calls are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Within 24 hours of the call, the session is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge if you contact us before the scheduled time.

If we have to cancel a call from our end, you receive a full refund or you can reschedule, your choice.

How to request a refund

Email rick@condie.org with your account email and the charge you want refunded. Refunds usually post back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

No-questions-asked promise

If the service does not fit your life, we are not going to argue about it. Send the email, get your refund. The point of this program is to help you build something useful, not to trap you in a subscription you do not want.
