What you’ll need

• A personal computer (Mac or PC). A dedicated machine is ideal, but you can use an existing personal machine. Not a work laptop. Best practice is to keep your personal AI project off any device where you handle work email or company data. It is not worth crossing that line, even for testing. Keep your day job and your personal builds on separate machines.
• A Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription ($20/month, paid separately). The membership covers Rick’s AI assistant; you’ll also want your own consumer AI for daily use. Signup links provided.
